the law of movies

why is that if a theatre is pretty much empty, people must choose to sit near you? Spero and i went to go see pulse on monday at the rainbown market square cinema. it is usually not busy to begin with and mondays are pretty much dead. so we get into the theatre and there are only 2 people in there. we sit in the back row (they are small theatres) near the middle which gives the people enough space. then walks in a guy and he chooses to sit the back row with only 1 seat between me and him??? ok that's a bit close but whatever. then another couple walk in and they sit in the second back row with one sit over from the guy. so we are all grouped pretty much together.

the movie starts and it looks ok so far. sort of creepy, you can feel it building up for the first big scare of the movie before it dies off again to build it up to the climax. anyways it's about to get to that part when another couple comes in and decide to sit down RIGHT IN FRONT OF US! what the fuck, the theatre is EMPTY the movie has STARTED and your are rude enough to sit down right infront of us. in a new theatre most people wouldn't care, but this is an old theatre where the seats on are on slanted ground and if someone sits infront of you it is blocked. so me and spero get up to move over and we miss the scary part starting. i was so fucking pissed that i wanted to punch the guy in the back of the head. i was also tempted to get up and sit infront of them.

they of course saw nothing wrong with it, they were self obsorbed idiots that pretty much talked throught the movie anyway so why both coming. i'm so fed up with rude people. toronto is getting over run with them. i've given up on being nice and polite. the rude people have won, they have made me one of them and i plan on fighting back.

the movie was good, i liked it. not too scary but alright. it was nice that it wasn't a happy ending and the special effects were decent. i give it 3 stars. now i want to see pirates, step up, and material girls. god i love bad movies.
