Apparently they won't be clobbering the post-study work visa.  Which means a) Britain does not have to know what a World Without Post-Grads is like and b) I have two years to find a permanent job here :)  It doesn't count towards residency, but I'm still gleeful.

(Gleeful, fuck.  I all but pulled my jumper over my head and ran around in circles when I read the Home Office memo!)
