sarah brought her best friend vanessa from santa barbara to our cell group on thursday. the whole time they talked about how much they meant to each other, and how the couple times a year they spent together were the most encouraging, and beautiful times of their lives. sarah cried when she said that spending time with vanessa was almost what spending time with jesus would be like, if jesus were here, as a person, hanging out with her at home and everything. they laughed and played with each other's hair.
it made me miss my best friend so much....
