Shiny is 3.5 months old, Kinehura. I went back to work when she was 6 weeks old. Until now, she has transitioned happily into the care of various babysitters, content as long as her needs were met. Today was very different. After I fed her, I handed her over to the babysitter and Shiny *immediately* started crying - a new cry that I hadn't heard before, one that clearly said "I want Mommy!" I left around 5:15. She cried until Hubby got home at 7. "Oh, Tatty, it's you! Everything's fine now." How do I make this easier for her...and the babysitter? My heart breaks for my Shiny and I can't imagine it's easy taking care of a screaming baby for 2 hours.
