Zazzle

So I designed my own t-shirt on zazzle.com, and ordered it and received it. And that in itself was impressive -- the response time, the quality of the product, and every aspect of the experience really was very good. And then I tried on the shirt, a medium -- and it was about five sizes too small.

Come to find out this particular style runs very small, and there's actually a note on the site that comes up if you hover on the product thumbnail warning you to order it big. I missed that, and so now I had a custom-designed shirt that didn't fit.

Fearing the worst, I put an inquiry in to Zazzle. They were fantastic. They directed me to order a replacement in the right size/style and just refunded my entire purchase price for the reject shirt. Did not require me to return it (which makes sense - what were they going to do with it?), and were just very friendly and helpful through the whole process, which pretty much was all done via email. No long phone calls, no arguments, no RMA numbers, no headaches. I look forward to getting my replacement shirt any day, and would certainly use Zazzle again in the future.
