Is it time to get back to our regularly scheduled programing? Well... no. While some shows (such as Supernatural, thank goodness) are continuing with new episodes it will take months for other shows to come back. Some (like Heroes, probably) will only be back for the fall season. Some will not be back at all.
The industry has suffered millions of dollars in lost revenue.
Oh, and the studios have decided that they're not gonna spend so much money on pilots now, so plenty of writers are out of jobs.
...So THAT turned out well for everyone. Seriously, what was the point? Was it really worth it? I hope so, or else these past three and half months have been extremely stupid.
