It's only 10:30 in the morning and I have already learnt a few things today. Firstly if you are planning to skip for the first time in a while, well good on you, it's great for your body but girls wear a high intensity sports bra, that shit hurts and secondly double tie your shoe laces need I say more. Skipping and dumbbell exercises has made me feel awesome this morning. I tried hip extensions for the first time and holy crap! what an exercise! it really gets those muscles working, feels great. Now on to some more lessons. If cooking something new for the first time. research before you start cooking, not while your cooking just a tip. So it seems my mornings are going to be set everyday trying to perfect a poach egg. that is untill i get sick of poached eggs but since i haven't eaten eggs in years and i'm not a bad cook this may not take me long to get it right. I'm thinking three mornings to perfect it. Today's didn't look or taste too bad. But can you really go wrong when you add salt and pepper to an egg of any form? I do not know. Probably. My morning started with a phone call from my boyfriend, unexpected but lovely so here's to lovely mornings.
