why be so hatein?
other than depressing i am discovering posts can be really negative. a girl posted up some outfits and many of the responses were 'i don't like this'. what is the point of commenting like that i wonder? what is the blogger supposed to do with that? what effect is that supposed to have? Fair enough you don't like it but why? What could be better? What are you trying to achieve out of stating you don't like something and leaving it at that? I guess perhaps they are arrogant enough to believe the blogger should just know.
I read in a magazine once, a quote from a male fashion designer which read, 'treat criticism as faith in your potential'. People tell you something is bad in a hope you will rectify it or become better. This is the only way to treat criticism as a chance to better yourself. Although I do believe there must be some acceptance in your life that not everyone is going to like what you do yet at the same time stagnation benefits no one.
