A little more awake now....
Ok, so here's more of an update that the abbreviated one from last night. (which appeared since a dear friend nudged me)
Rich and I have finally settled down in the Great White North. He has started his job and I am finishing my semester at school. We live on base and were just informed that our house will probably be torn down next year. Which is too bad because it is a great two story town house with three bedrooms, huge kitchen and hardwood floors. Oh well, I just hope they put us into new housing next.
We have an exciting new addition to our family! No, I am not pregnant. Since Rich is frequently away for several days at a time he (against his better judgment) said it was ok to get a furry little friend.
We adopted a 2 year old calico cat. If you know anything about calicos, they are a handful. She is moody, needy, cute, cuddly and just as much of a princess as I am. Her name is Peitho, after the Greek goddess of charm and persuasion.
Aside from that life is a little dull here. I keep up with housework, we play poker on Fridays and watch the Simpsons on Sundays. We are working on founding a Cam chapter up here. We have the app in and are getting more player interest on top of the initial few. So we'll see how that goes. Who knows, maybe I'll be Duchess of the Dakotas. (Can I please take that title!?! It's almost pathetic and funny.)
So I hope that's an ok summary thus far and I will try and post more....I promise.
