I mean food poisoning after the plague that everyone else has...

ah well at least I have held down some gatoraid for the last few hours.
If I'm very very good I'll get to have yogurt later... goody
on a practical note, while pedialight may be better in these situations than gatoraid it tastes like something oddly minty and fruity at the same time and has a viscosity much like something that would run out of a toddlers nose. I recommend avoiding it.
Oh and while lime popsicles may not stay down long... they don't taste so bad coming up and are really really delicious.
