This week has been madness trying to get everything prepped and ready for us to leave on Monday. Minus tomorrow and Saturday night/Sunday afternoon inevitably for that cause we clearly do not know how to schedule our lives and have gigs both nights. I am...very very tired. And very stressed. And nervous.
Not nervous for us and how we'll play (that's more anxiety. Trust me there is a fine line of difference.) More nervous for how people are going to take to us? We've been rush ordering (not very great) merch for this, haha oh we are messes. Some pretty low qual shirts, and a fucking lot of drop cards. That we are trying to get rid of because we don't want to charge for 2 songs but uuuugh we need more cash so we can record more. Hopefully this tour will be fruitful since most of what we're making is going to have to go to the fact that we're all not at our jobs for 2 weeks.
I may or may not also be nervous about seeing D's family. I've known them as his friend for a long time and...ugh. I'm really only worried about his ma. They tend not to enjoy me once I start shagging their child. God I am a bit regretting agreeing to a few days there, haha. Aaah Christ I just hope that I won't have to answer any uncomfortable questions about...well, what I dick I am to Del. That woman is frightening. Vom.
Hopefully I can see some of you lot before we go, I plan on hitting Symptom Saturday night if Jones is doing a set - come give us a dance. ;)
