I'm so glad you all could make it - that was one fabulous lunch! I feel so fortunate to have such cool friends to meet up with when I'm in town.

Oh, and when you move to Italy, let me know so I can come and visit! :)

If you watch the commentary, Ioan's voice is oh so sexy.

I rented it from my digital TV service so no commentary available, sadly. Will just have to content myself with a couple of episodes of Hornblower :@

What is this ''May'' of which you speak?

I know not. It has passed in the twinkling of an eye, seemingly.

Ciao! (That's all the Italian I know, except for "torniamo subito," which is what comes on the screen on commercial breaks for the Molto Mario cooking show with Mario Battali. :))

What is it with kitten farts? How something that small can produce such an odor I don't know.

I'm sorry about the trying-on, but I'm very glad you found a dress you like! And I am appropriating the phrase, "It was pants," which I have never heard before but is perfect for situations like bad movies.

*hugs!* I hope you have a lovely day, too.

I'll do you a swap for "It's raining like a cow pissing on a flat rock" if you like :)

I might add that I am asking in order that I might, once again, be educated by your LJ.

"It was pants" is a particularly English phrase for "I didn't like it", or "It was rubbish". So, you know, not absolutely unremittingly awful but still quite bad. That sort of thing :)
