I feel so much better today!
OMG, how good was that episode? Antony Head was just so reptilian as the headmaster, and dinnerlady!Rose was most amusing. And giant bats! And Sarah Jane!! And Rose v Sarah Jane catfights!! And K-9!!! And Buffy-esque dialogue, including the immortal "Kill the shooty dog thing!" *faints*

It was also very interesting how they began to explore how it must be for the Dr's companions when he leaves them behind. Didn't get into it in too much detail of course, but hey - that's what fanfic's for. I felt so sad for Sarah Jane at the end of it when she asked him to say goodbye to her. And how must it feel to see the man that you've loved when you're 25 years older and he's got younger in the interim? And I have a small bunny lolloping around about Rose & Sarah Jane getting together sometime in the future. I am a happy fangirl :)
And in other news I actually slept better last night and am awake today. I took feylin17's advice and did some exercise when I got home from work (a 30 minute advanced workout from Club Zebra I'll have you know) and that seems to have done the trick. In bed by 12.30, awake at 6.45 due to cats thundering around under the bed, in work on time! Now I just need to keep it up over the weekend and I think I should be back on an even keel.
