Life is going pretty well.
I have started work on the movie SALT. I have done 2 days so far and I believe I have 1 more. The first day I sat in a warehouse for 11hrs and never got to set.. but they paid me and gave me free food. Yesterday I was on set. It was crazy and I had a nervous breakdown.. turns out I am NOT good at going in reverse at 30mph. But one of the PAs set my car up for me when he realized it wasnt happening. Onece I was in position and had my little freak out and we started shooting it was fun. i just am stuck in a traffic jam and I crawl forward like 2 car lengths as a motorcycle whips by. then we reset.. which i can do.. moving 2 car lengths back at 15mph is AOK. i spent 4 hrs in my car waiting for that scene and 4 hrs doing the scene. and then we wrapped. I;ve gotten 2 calls from Sean in casting today (he totally has a thing for me) one saying call tomorrow for sunday and the second saying theyre switching sat and sun so call to night to make sure.. they might change it again. idk.. showbiz lol.
I also bought a guitar. its a blue Ibanez Gio Mikro.. that means its smaller that regular. I LOVE IT. I've decided its a him bc too many guitars and cars are girls. But I named him Izzy.. idk if its a boys name but.. it is. I cant play much yet.. Twinkle Twinkle Little Star I'm an ace at.. and the intro to smoke on the water.
umm havent been at staples sicne last saturday so who knows. other than to visit after being on set. but they were the ones to give me the time off (aka use my vacation time) so thats cool. It's pretty nice. since im only working a few days on set and none at staples its like 3 or 4 days of absolutely nothing i have to do. im enjoying it. i also got maybe a third of the way through my april book yesterday. so id say if i get to some today and on set either tomorrow or sunday.. whenever they tell me lol. ill be up to date on that resolution.
i have a date in mid may with a boy i went to school with. im robbing the cradle a little. hes 3 yrs younger. but hes a great guy. he wants to treat me as a lady should be treated. from what ive gathered about it (he wont tell me all the details so to keep some surprise) there will be a fancy car to pick me up, flowers, a fancy restaurant where men must wear a suit jacket, and perhaps dancing. im a pretty laid back girl so this is wayy different for me. but id like to be romanced. im really looking forward to it.
