do you ever...

how do i address a letter to my generation? this got me thinking. what would i want to tell them? how would i word it? would it even make a difference? to anyone? just something to think about.

also, do you ever see people walking on the street or in a car, or some random person in the background on the news and wonder what their story is? i do. i always wonder what kinds of problems they have, what their life is like. but then i think, if someone asked me what my story was, what would i say? i don't think i'd recommend it to others.

and then i started thinking for some reason that my neighbor might have died this morning (she didn't) and i had these flashbacks from 4 years ago to when her husband died. i was reading about the Holocaust. wearing a purple, green, gray, black, and white striped sweater vest with black pants, a white long-sleeved shirt underneath, and white socks, sitting on the side of the couch nearest to the entry way with my hair in a half pony-tail. will anyone remember things so vividly when i die?

this week came and went. overall it was good. got to hang out with people i usually never do. not a whole lot to say. i found out i'm actually fairly good at hula hooping. beat the pants off julie and megan, that's for sure. haha. i'm not quite sure as to where this entry is going, i've just had a lot of questions circling my mind lately. i visited some old memories yesterday by listening straight through all of the corrs cd's and singing along. i miss those days. a lot. it's some good music, although i don't think anyone would have nearly as much appreciation for it as rachel and i do. priceless memories.

do you ever wonder what else is out there?

It's amazing what you'll find when you just open your eyes.
