METRIC LONDON HALF LIFE

ugh (NOT-SO) OBLIGATORY POINTLESS WORD SALAD™ STARTING NOW! Let me just say to you all it was an utmost blast mixing for lc2l; there's no words to describe the level of world-building she does and how organic her writing is. To be honest, I was not too familiar with the Curseworker universe as I wished to be when I started working on this mix - it has been on my to-read ever since my friend described it as "magical heist," and the original plan was to read it concurrently for inspiration/ideas - but L made it wholly accessible and just plain beautiful.

So to say "she's amazing, simply amazing!" would be a vast understatement. Especially once you factor in her putting up with my awkwardly worded seven-in the-morning written emails I sent. If you can piece together anything I say at that particular time, you deserve an Olympic gold medal, a few hundred million dollars/pounds/euros, and declared a hero.

I hope you enjoyed reading this story as much as I did.

Title pulled from The Submarines' "1940"!
