Mission accomplished!
After three years of nearly no cutting and no coloring I was finally able to chop my hair off and donate it to Locks of Love this weekend. Now I look like a rock n' roller, huzzah! I have PJ Harveys new hair cut or the lead singer from the Yeah Yeah Yeahs (whichever provides a better mental picture). I had no idea how much I hated having long hair. Over 12 inches got cut off!!! That was truly a labor of love growing it and refraining from color. Although everyone insists that it was really pretty when it was long. I will never grow my hair that long again. It would always get caught under my body when I was sleeping and it would get caught in my jackets, car doors, under my backpack straps...
