chow mein on a cart

first weekend off in what seems like ages.  going to a show tonight with chino.  hopefully buy a few pieces of furniture from craigslist, if they ever reply.  went to beauty bar last night.  super fun times.  haven't danced in a while, haven't drank in a while either.  gotta love the early 90's hip hop.  chino was pulling out some ridiculous dance moves.  justin was getting an ass in the face for a majority of the night.  i was discussing my idea of a chow mein cart in the mission with justin and he thinks it's a good idea.  he's wrong though, it's an EXCELLENT idea.  think about it, those bacon wrapped hot dogs are delicious but sometimes you want something more.  the cart food industry needs some diversity.  an old co-worker and I thought up the idea of a cart with chow mein and a variety of toppings (beef, chicken, shrimp, tofu, veggies).  the possibilities are endless.  and finally an option for all you vegetarians out there.  everything would be precooked and ready to go.  and your chow mein would be served in a paper cone, like a sno-cone holder.  se magnifique, i say!

to make this dream come true, i need a cart.  but more importantly, learn how to cook chow mein.
