Hello all! We're doing another rather marvellous
Lexington book swish! Plugging it here as I think it's only been on facerubbish so far... come along!
================
SWISHING! The latest craze sweeping the country is ethical - blah, blah ... you all know how it works by now :)
The plan is to have this as a semi regular event, alternating between music, books & clothes.
SUNDAY 28th NOVEMBER has been decreed as a BOOK SWISH so any unwanted BOOKS, ANNUALS, MANUALS or FANZINES.
FREE ENTRY
Please bring 1-15 items in good condition & you can take home up to 15 items.
What could be simpler?
Drop-off items 2pm-3pm upstairs at the Lexington!
3pm is SWISH O'CLOCK!
=======================
I for one look forward to swapping my copy of
M. John Harrison's Climbers (tho technically
friend_of_tofu has first dibs) for an Electrolux or Hotpoint instruction manual from 1973! It is possible there might not be many/any actual manuals.
