my face burns and smells like coconuts. it's driving me crazy.
i couldn't find my regular facial exfoliant so -- like a dumbass -- i used the body scrub that had been sitting in my bathroom drawer since april.

so i'm extreeemely hyped for this weekend. after months and months of dead end promises, i finally got the balls to book tickets for NEW YORK! this is my first time ever and i'm super excited. i just want to shop and walk around the city, camera glued to hand like your typical asian tourist. i know i'm probably all geeked out over nothing huge but come on. when you're a mommy, you hardly get to do things YOU want. this time, i'm leaving the kiddie at home (although he will be sorely missed), and i'm gonna party it up with my two best friends along with some of new york's finest.
i even bought a new pair of boots to walk around in. god forbid, i fell into that trap of faddy snowboots. but in my defense, these were so ugly, they were cute! and for $30 at deb? hell muddafockinyes! funny story: the first time robbie saw them, his eyes lit up as he sat down next to the boots, started petting them and screaming "doggy! doggy!" the entire time. my kid's a genius. them shits do look like the back of chewbacca's neck.
hair appointment on thursday. i can't grow this shit out-- it's horrible. even my supervisor noticed how f.u.g it had gotten -- isn't that sad? off to bed for now; maybe tomorrow won't be as nasty with all the snow and slush on the roads. and maybe bad drivers like me will have a chance in hell to actually SEE the road in the morning.
