Week of the Accordions, continued
Just got back from Accordion Babes with Paul. It was a fun show, and it was nice to go to a show with just Paul. Lindsay almost ended up coming because her friends flaked out from the party she was supposed to attend, but Paul and I discussed and it seemed best for my comfort (and for hers, technically) that she not come.
I talked to Paul about us always ending up at shows with Lindsay and how it kind of made it difficult to consider it a "date" for us with her there, and he agreed and said we could make some changes to our plans. I'm still going to God's Favorite Beefcake at Racer with both Paul and Lindsay, but that's always pretty easy because we all have a bunch of friends there. I get to see Orchestar Zirconium on Thursday which I have been told I would probably like. Then Jason Webley on Friday with Jason.
I was very happy to squeeze in quick dates with both Paul and Jason today (Jason and I grabbed some pho on his way to work). My schedule is a bit crazy, but it has some great allowances for flexibility so long as my dates are flexible too, which both Jason and Paul happen to be with their schedules. I can't wait until I'm on nights, because I feel like that will make it even easier to grab coffee or have a quick afternoon rendezvous, although I think I'm doing okay with days so far.
