Hike around Cape Falcon, some 5 miles total
I really sweated a lot. But it was a beautiful view of the sea and the beach, and I had a great time.

Dinner in Astoria
cup of 5 bean soup
hefeweizen w/ a lemon
smoked salmon nachos (about 10 chipsworth)
fish and chips (1 halibut filet, maybe 20 fries)
cole slaw (about 1/2 cup)
I think the food could be monitored a little more closely, but after a nice long hike a bit of grease isn't the end of the world.
So, we didn't quite wake up early enough to pick up groceries and the hiking guide, drive out to the coast, complete the hike, and then drive up to Astoria on time to visit the Columbia River museum. Which is a bummer cause I was looking forward to it. I'm feeling a lot better today than yesterday, and even better now than earlier today.
