Happy Lunar New Year 2008!
It's that time of the year! Gong xi fa cai to you all, lovely f-list people :) I can't believe this is the fifth banner I've made already. Added little sakura this year to represent the Japanese influence. I'm a little sad I'll be spending it without my family and mummy's lavish cooking; but maybe I'll look for a Chinese restaurant in Nagoya. Oh shit, maybe they're all booked out!
My dad emailed me to tell me that the government randomly gave me almost $1000 for no reason we understood. I just called them, and it's legitimately mine, thanks to a) the Ontario Student Opportunity Grant, and b) my having paid my OSAP early so that the difference of the grant is refunded to me. What a great way to kick off the year.
I think I'm going to check the "recontract" bubble tomorrow. It's a weight off my shoulders having decided.
