bangyaru, moi?
Ahaha, I went to dinner with S., this young Japanese dude from work. I rarely ever see him out of work clothes (the usual shirt & tie) and when he's out of it, he looks like your typical brand-happy Nagoya guy, since he grew up in Owari. But today, he showed me a photo of his younger brother, and bro was SHOCKINGLY visual! Like, bleached hair, makeup, fur-collar, the camwhore pose, hahaha. And bro is into AYABIE and AN-CAFE of all bands! LOL.
I already knew that S. liked some vk, like D'espairsRay, but he professed to a couple more and turns out to be actually pretty familiar with the scene. I complained a little about bangyaru and he agreed. Then I guess it dawned on him that I attend more lives than I let on, and he asked me which venue I had been to the most. I said, E.L.L., to which he replied for some reason, "Ahh... you are a bangyaru, too."
