Seven Dwarfs Tutorial [PSP 9]

I haven't written a tutorial in a while so I decided to tonight. This is kind of a basic colour tutorial with cartoons. This tutorial isn't completely easy to follow so you should have some basic psp knowledge, but if you need any help just leave a comment and I'll help you asap.

1) Duplicate the layer and set it to softlight 80% DO NOT MERGE THE LAYERS
2) Go to Adjust>>Sharpness>>Sharpen. Now you can merge the layers
3) Go to Layers>>New Adjustment Layer>>Hue/Saturation/Lightness and enter the following settings:(Only change the saturation number)
Reds 40
Blues 40
Magentas 40
4) Now Duplicate the layer and set it to screen 40% Merge the layers
5)Select the flood fill tool; #2eacfc set it to Burn 25%
6)Use the same colour and set it to Softlight 25%
7)Select the flood fill tool again; #135384 set it to Exclusion 25%
8)Select the flood fill too again; #d4d4d4; burn 25%
9)Duplicate the layer and set it to Screen 15%
10)Select the flood fill tool yet again; #f1ac5e multiply 10%
11)Repeat step 6 but this time set the opacity to 20%

Now You're done! After step 11 I added some text and textures to spruce it up a bit, you can edit it any way you like. =)
