Last night I met Steve McClellan and Ev from Halloween, Alaska and the guy who runs Tinderbox. I might go volunteer for them before I go back to school because he said he loves teaching new people about what he does and he always tries to find jobs and internships for people who have worked for him. The panel was really interesting but they spent a long time talking about the differences in publishing rights and stuff, which was too technical for me to understand.
It would be so great if I could find an internship somewhere in town for next summer, even if it would mean not working for Bert. I could at least work shows and have a part time job at home. But I need to know soon because otherwise Bert is going to hire Caitlin or someone else.
I need a car. More importantly, I need to learn how to drive.
