Spike, Buffy, Willow and a few others drop by to help save Adam, Tommy and take out the nest of vamps that did this, thereby sending a message to the Vamp community.
And yeah, I know, I suck at summaries. Basically, lovenhardt1 wanted Adam injured because he was trying to do Tommy's job, Tommy angry because Adam doesn't trust him enough to do his job, and angry sex to ensue. This is what happened.
