Summary: Written for werewolfbigbang. When Tommy was a kid, werewolves were still fighting for their right to exist. So when something that happens to Tommy that could set back the werewolf rights movement, Tommy runs to hide it. He finds a pack, finds safety, but will it last?
Author's Notes: AU world in which everyone knows werewolves are real, but many people don't think they should have the same rights as humans, and the werewolves who want to live openly have had to fight for the right to do so that everyone else has just for being human. Tommy is fifteen at the start of this story. Title is from the Pretty Reckless song “Everybody Wants Something From Me.”
