I am definitely not planning to be in lean phase for more than a month. I intend to keep up the healthy lifestyle as long as I can manage. So far it has not been very hard, although the lack of food options is getting a bit annoying. Being a vegetarian AND eating healthy AND getting enough protein in me to build up muscle mass is a challenge.
You can still get fat while eating only healthy food. Even too much lettuce will make you put on weight (though with lettuce, you'd prolly need infinite amounts).
And just because being a bit too fat is better than yoyo-ing, its doesn't mean its good. Having a cold is better than having pneumonia doesn't mean having a cold is good.
True that, but to stay in the metaphor, I don't believe that I can cure my cold. I've given myself pneumonia quite often because of trying. So permanent cold it is, for me at least. But if the cold would get very unhealthy (if I would become even fatter) I'd do something
