After a month of almost daily gym visits, wii fit, squash, jogging, swimming, and eating almost only low-fat stuff, I have finally started to lose weight. My secret? Doing nothing.
weight loss after 30 days of intensive exercise: around 1kg.
weight loss after 7 days of little or no exercise: around 3kg.
I'm currenty at 79.6kg, finally broke the 80kg treshold. It's still 6kg too much for a 25 BMI, but it's a start. I'm hoping to get to 70kg again at some point.
I'll keep up swimming, squash, weekly yoga (I'll let you know how it goes), and the occasional gym visit, but if I keep losing weight by doing less, I'll definitely keep that up until I'm happy with my weight.
