Alarm!
As a few of you may be aware, I proved foolish enough to sign on as the stage manager for the Fairy Tale production at the Civic Theatre this summer. Gina Greathouse is directing, and we're doing Aladdin. Tonight was our first casting call. We got some really great talent tonight, including Natalie Flamm and a couple other familiar faces, but we could really use some more actors. Most especially men. We only had Nicholis tonight, and as good as he is, he can't play three or four male roles by himself. So if you have any interest in the project, any talent, and any love for me and my sanity, please come on by the Civic Theatre tomorrow night around 7:00 and give us a reading. We'd really appreciate it.
Also, the penultimate invitation to the barbecue on the 20th will be issued tomorrow. If you need more information about it before you RSVP, respond and I'll be glad to fill you in.
