Being sick sucks. Dealing with bullshit while you're sick is worse. My bank screwed up, and deposited money into savings instead of checking, so my rent check didn't go through. My landlords screwed up and didn't tell me about it until 3 weeks later, but still charged $15 a day in late fees for all of that time. My landlords know that it was a banking error and not my fault, but refuse to waive the late charges. My bank knows it was their error, but refuses to cover the charges. I know I'm never paying it. I'm letting them work it out from here.
