don't feel sad cause it's a violent world
I got in a fight tonight!!! It was crazy; here's how it went down.
I went to see Of Montreal with Robert, Corey, and Corey's girlfriend. We got there early and went in as soon as the doors opened and we got right up front and stayed there for three hours through the first two bands. Then when Of Montreal started playing, these douchebags started shoving us from behind. I hate when people try to get up front at the end! If they want to be in the front that badly, they should get there early. Anyway, there was clearly no room left in the front row, but this guy pushed Robert out of the way to make room for himself and then we were all super squished and couldn't really move and it sucked. So I told Robert to push the guy out of the front row, but Robert was too chicken so I switched places with him so I could get rid of the guy myself. I started dancing into the kid (who, by the way, was standing completely still and wasn't singing or anything and didn't deserve to be in the front at all), and he got really mad. He yelled at me to stop dancing, which I thought was really funny. Aint nobody gonna keep me from dancing at a concert. So after a while he stuck his foot out and tried to trip me. Then he stomped on my foot on purpose, repeatedly. And then he elbowed me in the stomach super hard. I just stood my ground and kept dancing and trying to block his elbow, but after he elbowed me the fifth time, I grabbed that jerk by the shoulder, swung him around, and punched him right in the face. I've never punched anyone before, but I can truly say that this guy deserved it. And can you believe it? He actually tried to punch me back. Me! A GIRL. Yeah, his punch was pathetic; it hit me in the arm and barely hurt. Then I socked him in the nose and it started bleeding. At this point he relinquished his spot and ran away and I was free to dance my heart out for the rest of the night. I felt like such a badass. I BREAKED HIS FACE FO SHO! People were even cheering - I guess I wasn't the only one who thought this guy was a dick. Anyway, it was awesome.
