I think the last part is funny.

Almost as funny as cancer.

What kind of cancer? Who knows!?

In fact, this little girl has EVERY CANCER.

Especially the cancer of humanity called SELFISHNESS.

Yeah, I'd probably get cancer too if I wasn't an attention WHORE.

She should seriously consider selling her dying, underaged body on the streets. That'd make the American Cancer Society some real cash. And who needs to use a condom? SHE'S ALREADY DYING!

I hope she donates her body to science and I hope science has auctions. I want to own a real human skeleton before I die. And eat human flesh.
