What is wrong with this world?? I've been out of the loop on news the past few days, I knew Benazir Bhutto had an assasination attempt made on her...But Bhutto is dead???
My dad just mentioned it and I went to wikipedia...*doesn't know what to say*...that woman stood for so many things that were democratic and fair about that country...and a woman in a position of influence and authority - I had so much respect for her for that. And then some fucking extremists shoot at her and blow her up!!!
having just been to wikipedia, I would also like to mention that whilst technology and all that is good, I find it almost sickening that she's only been dead 3 days, buried 2, and there's already a huge entry about her death as if it's part of a textbook event and a picture of her moments before she was shot at. They write 27th december 2007 as if it's just a date...*sighs* I need to calm down, but I cannot believe it.
