yep of course they do. half of the time my orders come in little bunches. one piece and then another. I had one thing I waited six months for...but it was old.
Yeah we've had that loads of times, and it doesn't help when my mum needs all of her college stuff to write her dissertation and the books appear over 4/5 weeks!! My brother's SG-1 DVD's just never came, one season did and one of the discs was broken!! You can just never win!!
Neither can I, a five inch picture on my screen just really doesn't do the trick!
Yeah, I'm still waiting, but I've just heard that there's: no deleted scenes, no web-episodes, no commentaries!!!! £37.50 is more than I paid for both of the first seasons put together!!
I'd love to buy S3... but I have no money and I haven't even gotten through S1 yet. :P hehe. I hope amazon (and royal mail) gets their asses sorted out and sends you S3 in a speedy time *sporks them* ;)
I am the wrong person to talk you out of buying X-files dvds... I love the X-files, have done for years and years, so I say gte em. ;) Although I would definitely talk you out of S8&9 'cos I really hated them, lol.
You just catch up at your own pace...just make sure you're done with S3 by January/February, cos that's when S4 starts and then you can watch it with us. Thanks. *sporks them with you*
I know, problem is that I have no money and there's quite a few seasons, as you know, to buy. I'm watching S9 at the moment because I've managed to D/L it, but I can't seem to find any others.
Yey finally!! I have to wait another month til my birthday though :-( I've been contemplating re-watching the mini and S1 &2 in the meantime but I've run out of time. Just gonna have to hope it all comes flooding back. Great to know I'm not the only one who hasn't seen it though, sure feels like it sometimes!
Re: X-Files. I never watched SG1 on TV so when I decided it was time to get stuck in i joined online DVD rentals (if you switch around you can get a free month from a few of them) it's much more cost effective if you just want a re-watch instead of owning them properly.
I've been watching my favourites from S1 and S2 the past two weeks, but even I haven't had time to watch all of them yet. I really want to see this season, and the extras as well because I never really got to see any of the Web Episodes.
Online DVD rentals That's probably a very good idea - but I hadn't thought of that one.
