Day 55, morning; Hallways, Radio; Attn: Elizabeth (and Peter) [F]
John stopped running a couple of hallways from his quarters, using the walk back to cool down. This morning, he felt the years the wraith had taken. He was still breathing a little fast by the time he made it through his door. He toed off his running shoes and pulled off his shirt, using it to wipe the perspiration from his face and neck, checked his watch, then hit his earbud. "Sheppard to Weir."
