As I understand it, we have 50 people, total, moving to the Mainland tomorrow (see attachment). This is all the Athosians, minus the 8 still in the infirmary and Traan Megarran and his daughter Kia, plus Dr. Ridley Parrish. Obviously, there's a lot of cargo to be transported as well. As such, Lt. T. Miller and Sgt. C. Ruiz will be flying jumpers to the Mainland. Major, are you available as well?
I am. In fact, I'd like all of our ATA carriers who've had flight training (which is pretty much all of them) on this. So, the following military members will be flying tomorrow:
Maj. J. Sheppard-- Jumper 1
Lt. T. Miller-- Jumper 2
Sgt. C. Ruiz-- Jumper 3
I would like to request the following civilians provide assistance as well:
Dr. C. Beckett-- Jumper 4
Dr. K. Heightmeyer-- Jumper 5
Dr. C. Kavanagh-- Jumper 6
Dr. M. Kusanagi-- Jumper 7
Dr. R. McKay-- Jumper 8
Dr. C. Reichstadt-- Jumper 9
With the pilot and extra military passengers, that puts about 7-8 people in each jumper. We may need to take additional trips to make sure all the cargo arrives.
If he could be cleared for flying, Amn. J. Jackson would be useful. Is that possible, Dr. Beckett?
I intend to leave one jumper near the Athosian encampment to provide radio communication capabilities with Atlantis and a DHD for the Mainland gate, as well as possible storage and safe-haven use. We'll need to establish some Mainland commuting schedules-- probably morning and evening-- as several Athosians are serving on our security and gate teams (not to mention Dr. Parrish being needed here, I'm sure) and I expect we'll be wanting to set up some facilities ourselves as well.
Additionally, Captain, I'd like to see you sent you back to P7X-595 to do some trading for food, if possible. They had some machinery that needed fixed, so you could bring Dr. Collins along to do that. I'll speak to Dr. Weir about it in the morning. Unfortunately, you can't have Dr. Grodin, as we're going to need him coordinating things on the Atlantis end, or Selen, since he's kind of busy tomorrow. If you go, you might talk to Ronon Dex. It's boring work, but better than sitting around here with nothing to do and he'd provide good back-up, as well as local knowledge.
