Elizabeth didn't know whether to be thankful or not, for the distraction of Rodney and Carson's further antics, from the anxiety she felt over the upcoming meeting. It was more likely 'not', she feared, as whatever drama they'd wound themselves up in would almost certainly end up spilling over into the meeting.
Still no matter how wretched she knew this meeting was going to be, she could not stop the smile that came to her lips when she walked through the control room and spotted Peter. Then she remembered that he had some less than happy news for her too.
