John blinked awake. He had a sense that several days had passed, memories-- some vague and some disturbingly clear-- flicked through his mind. Evan and the ZPM, the celebration, the wraith, coming to in the midst of a flurry of doctors and nurses surrounding him, coming to again to a masked wraith over his bed, "Leave that one. He's too weak," people coming and going, people in the beds next to him, Miller reporting to him, words and more words. He couldn't follow, mind wooly from drugs.
