We have brand new icons!

Yep, we. From now on, I'll be sharing this journal with my twin and Rodney. Don't worry, they'll make it pretty obvious when it's them. Don't expect Rodney to post much anyway, he says an lj is beneath him; but he doesn't want to be left out, on the off-chance he has something very important to tell the world *smirk ( Read more... )

Well, well, haven't you been busy?

Heh, thanks. Well... *twirls his tail* we have been pretty busy, ever since Shep arrived, but... Not doing anything you could really call constructive *grins and winks*

And then we decided it was high time to make this journal *ours*, with an icon for everyone. The many-faces was more Fledge and Rodney's idea, but I did the John Sheppard Loves... icon.

That last photo though... I'm sure I never look THAT stupid, damn Rodney and his fetish for videoing *everything* I do!

I think they're all lovely. I like the one you used on this reply best. I wish I could get Araminta to go at 200 mph for you - but I suspect about 120 is her top speed.
Moth1 took me on a superb ferris wheel in Manchester at Hallowe'en. You could see for miles. And the wheel was reflected in all the surrounding windows. Not quite magic but as near as humans get!

You do? *Smiles, looking a little sweet and embarrassed* I don't know why, because technically, according to our... 'hosts', I'm a little older than Shep, but everyone seems to think I look younger--and he treats me a little like his younger brother, too *grins*. I think that's just his protectiveness coming through though.

Hey, no worries about Araminta--I've done some horse riding in my time, love it. Speed is relative to your proximity to the ground, anyway, and how easy it would be to fall off! I bet the Wild Hunt could be just as exciting as a ride in a puddle jumper.

We have to get Fledge to take us up on that Ferris wheel... She still hasn't been on the London Eye, would you believe! That dragon is lazier than Rodney. And now I'm in two loads of trouble!

[OOC note to moth1: The photo of John is actually a promotional shot of Joe Flanigan from an earlier film, not SGA. I thought it would accentuate the slight difference between them--John *is* more 'innocent' looking than Shep, but he's actually got nearly all the same ( ... )

I won't deign to comment, since *you* spend most of your time lazing around in the lap of luxury, while *I* spend the day working on this Heath Robinsonesque contortion of equipment the dragon calls a "control room". You might at least bring me coffee...

I'll consider it tomorrow *s* Right now, it's high time you quit work and came home for the night! We're waiting, Rodney...

I think dragons maybe have phases of manic activity interspersed with rest periods. Maybe Rodney has something in common with dragons, too.
Give them both my love!

I do NOT! She has much more in common with that layabout flyboy. Not that I'm complaining, really. He looks very pretty lying about, and I get to watch him all the time on the viewscreen *smirk*
