Conversation with Colt

I got talking to a guy the other day and I'd like to continue the conversation, but we were talking in harlequin21's journal and after a while, that gets to be impolite. So I'm moving both threads: the dragon's and mine to this post (see comments below).

*Stares, splutters* If he wants to what? *Laughs* You know, you really shouldn't worry about that. That's one thing none of the aliens seem interested in. With what some of them *are* interested in, you'd probably prefer being... probed :/ But Marty isn't a creepy alien anyway. He's actually human, just from another planet. He's pretty much a dweeb from what I hear, but a decent enough guy. Now, I do know one of the Asgard, they're little grey aliens with big eyes--I'd never have credited it for real, but they must be the same kind that came down in Roswell--and *they're* creepy. Guy goes around buck naked, and nobody else seems to blink! He's got a crush on Rodney, too, and thinks I'm in the way; at least according to one of the dragon's friends.

*Nods* This Pan guy might be a real god, for all I know. See, there are all kinds of parallel universes--alternate realities--and who knows what's real in one place or another? All I know is aliens, though. The ones I've met really aren't very god-like *grimaces*.

Life sure is unpredictable, that's one of the fun things about it! *Grins* Me, I like going with the flow; Rodney now, he's something of a control freak, hates it when he doesn't know what's going on. We've met Harlequin--s'why I was hanging around in his journal--and Araminta. There's another thing I never thought existed, besides aliens; fairies and unicorns! We're going on holiday with them when Harlequin's editor comes back from vacation. I'm hoping I can teach him to surf; those wings could make pretty cool sails! Say, do you want to come along..?

Maybe they're aliens like those guys from the "Roswell" TV show. Those guys are pretty hot. I guess the girls are pretty too. One of them looks like one of my boyfriends.

Yeah, I know all about paralell worlds and stuff. I like the one I'm, frankly. I don't mind some crossovers every once in awhile; those are fun and I meet some interesting people and things.

Surfing? Erm... shouldn't you wait till it's maybe like... not winter anymore?

What about AIM? We're on that too. Or MSN, if you can get a group room for it. Or we could always do it via lj but then you can get some stilted responses, we've found--whatever, I'm sure we'll make it work!

Well, the main problem with AIM is you're in the UK and I'm in the US, and unfortunately I can't do it at work.

Well, that shouldn't be too much of a problem, as neither moth1 nor I mind playing in the evenings, or at weekends... Probably the best thing to do is for you two to come to an arrangement and then let me know, because as a housewife, I'm the one with the most flexible diary *G* Do you know moth1 at all well..? I had the impression you sometimes spoke outside the muses whereas I only know you as Colt, so to speak *G* She's my mother, so it's no problem for us to get in touch!

Heh. But during your evening I think I'm still at work. I'm six hours behind you. I have talked to "Liz" a few times as ourselves, lol. I will talk to her about this. :)
