Just wanting to let everyone know I'm moving to Dreamwidth ( https://armitage374.dreamwidth.org/ ). If you have read the new TOS you'll know why.
I write slash. I write porn. I write stuff that under the new TOS makes me procecutable under Russian law if I manage to get more than 3000 hits on an entry.
Had I known that Livejournal was russian owned, I would have moved as soon as the Head Homophobe Vladimir Putin made it illegal to discuss, describe or in any way demonstrate LBGT+ behaviour in Russia. There's no need to promote stupidity by supporting russian endaveaurs to limit peoples rights or make yourself a target of the bigots promoting said limits.
Making a Dreamwidth journal is easy and you can import both communities and journals directly. The import time varies depending on how much is currenly being imported on the systems.
As soon as the import is complete, I'll delete this account as well as my private tech based journal.
