Trips Home...
So I'm updating this thing because I am bored...and I can't find anything better to do while I am waiting on my mom. I'm back in the ATL which is awesome...I love being home, except for Marc not being here, otherwise I could handle it for an extended period of time, but then I'd want to come back and see all my friends. It's been pretty slow here since I got back on Thurs. My mom and I went out to dinner Thurs. night and I had a daquiri, but it was made with Tequila, which I'm not a big fan of, but it was still pretty good. Last night we went grocery shopping togather, which took forever because my mom knows everyone in the store since she works there and stops and talks to them all. Then she made homemade hamburgers, which of course were awesome. I got to talk to Marc for thirty minutes last night which is awesome. He is so sweet and cute!! I miss him. I'm still sick and am having to go back to the doctor on Monday, because my throat is still really bad. At least it will be my old family doctor I grew up with...maybe he will be able to diagnose me correctly.
Today we were supposed to go to Jamie's mom's wedding reception/pool party and Jamie's house, but the cable guy that was supposed to show up btw 11-2 never came and they didn't let us know he had an emergency and wasn't coming until 4:30...so we missed the reception :( which of course sucks because it was going to be the last time I get to see Jamie until August. So now we have no cable for two weeks, but at least my mom gets a bunch of discounts for the inconvenience which is cool...plus we have tons of videos here that I can watch. I hope it clears up enough so that I can go and lay out by the pool. Tomorrow my mom and I are going to Sams and to the library, which is fun. I can't wait for my brother to get back into town though because I miss him and want to hang out. Maybe I'll get around to calling my friends here and getting them to hang out, but I've just felt so blah from being sick I haven't wanted to do anything. We'll see. My mom is ready to go now....so I'm done.
