Please, Don't Call A & E
I'm officially a hoarder !! Well, not really. But TODAY is project day. Let me explain, and I'll be brief.
When we returned from our Cruise on Sept 20, my Mom who had been house sitting for a week broke into tears at the thought of having to go home where she lives with my crackhead crazy sister. So Greg and I have always said if she didn't want to go home, she didn't have to. Well, this time she took us up on it. She has moved in. (yikes! )
I don't know for how long, but the fact that her mail is now being delivered here is a sign she is making it semi-permanent. It's all good I guess. It has stressed me out a lot. I worry about its effect on Mine and G's relationship, but for now, I know I am doing the right thing because she is happy, and I know my Father would say " take care of your mother " It's been an adjustment to say the least. I've shed many tears.
That being said, our house has kind of been turned into a warzone. We had to empty out our Guest Room which is now Mom's room. We lost our Guest Bathroom which is now Mom's bathroom. Shit is laying everywhere, and my office caught the brunt of the mess. But TODAY is project day. I am determined to get it organized and clean before I lose my sanity.
I snapped some pics of said destruction in my office. I will post some "after pics" later .. This will force me to do it.
PLease, dont' call A & E Hoaders. There are no dead cats underneath the piles.. I'm pretty sure. :-)
