Halloween weekend
My grandma has been in a nursing home for over a month. Last night she was put in ICU because she has pneumonia (along with a long list of other things) but my dad called me and said that she is in a regular room now. That is better news. My dad and I had a really good talk about life and Patti and mom. We talked about how I'm feeling really lonely and he said that before he went to college he was really lonely and then he met my mom. It's just hard to see so many people that are in love and have significant others, and then I'm left to be the 3rd wheel and/or the "friend". I'm told that I'm so funny and the "perfect catch", yet am still single. It has to be my humor. I don't know why I bother venting in here.
I was Mr. Rogers this weekend. I'll be him Tuesday also. Went to a party Friday night, it was fun. Sabres lost Saturday...they're human. 10-0-1 is not too shabby. Atlanta is a good team unfortunately.
