(no subject)
i had lots of fun on friday despite the fact that i had a headache for a majority of the day. but anyway, here's what went down
- I found my way to campus and came to the conclusion that there are boys at this school. whoa, freaky. Don't get me wrong, there are boys that attend my current college, however, the ratio is 1 guy for about every 5 girls and my school is about 1/5 of the size of this school. I think i saw more people there within 20 minutes than i see all day here. And not only that, but you can find just about every type of person imaginable here whereas at my school everyone looks the same or maybe it just seems that way because its smaller. i dont know. But hopefully this will mean that i can find some people here that i relate to and maybe i'll be spending less time online. haha. yeah...thats a funny thought.
-went to a cool light art show that was in a building where livestock are show. some of the stuff was disturbing though, like this bloody doll head that was being held up by this thing made of doll hair.
mmm... yeah.
-went and sat by the lake at the union and felt like i was at summerfest in milwaukee, because there was a lake, lots of people, music, beer, and lots and lots of drunk people. i liked watching the ducks in the water. haha.
-ran into my brother and his wife there which was weird considering the fact that the odds of that happening are very slim due to the size of the city and the amount of people there.
-we watched the lightning that was across the lake and felt the temperature drop in matter of 5 seconds. it was kinda freaky. thankfully we got back just in time before the storm hit. i like storms (as long as no one gets hurt of course)
-was woken up at 3 in them morning by some really really loud music
-almost got in a car accident on the way home (not my fault though)
-overall, i really enjoyed seeing lindsay and linda again (didnt get to hang out with megan though). And i still dont know what kind of internship i want to do. haha all well.
