update Part 2
So we went thru all the hoops and they still said no. In fact the new doctor (who has only been in Misawa for I think 2 weeks) refused to even give us a letter. Instead she put tristan on a 2x daily inhaler with no refills. Yay. And an emergency inhaler incase he has an attack that is supposed to be prevented with the 2x daily one. Sometimes I just want to start screaming at someone. Apparently one of the girls I do Pampered Chef with is going to be visited by the CO's wife of the whole base and she's going to mention the inhumanity of the lack of AC when the temps are touching 100 degrees outside.
