a review, why? cause everyone else is doing it why not you
Ahhh so where do I begin. 2006 started off with the knowledge that we would be getting orders again...to where though was a mystery until July. Yay Navy...we'll get to them in a second. Somehow certain ex's of a good friend managed to bring Drama into matt's workplace when he joined his new command in january...still not sure how but oh was it funny.
fast forward to about may. This was when we were first able to put in for order. Denied. 3 open positions right on NAS jax and NO we don't want someone with your skills working there. So back to the detailer and the billits website and what do we get? Japan.
September Tori turned 1 and we all went "Awwww isn't she just the cutest" and the navy went "Um Mrs. Michael before we can clear you to join your husband in Japan you have to ahve your wisdom teeth removed."
Fast forward now to November. In the span of litterally one week I got my exam, my teeth removed and 2 cavities filled all in the name of getting to leave with matt.
Now it's the end of December and while me and the kids know we are approved to go we are still waiting on the command sponsorship paperwork so that I can do things like pack my house and get my plane tickets. At least we have our passports.
So that was my year and even though I still have technically 4 days of it left, I somehow don't see anything getting any brighter. Time to go harrass my real estate agent some more.
