High traffic area
We listed the house on monday and today we had 2 different real estate cars drive by real slow. So the house will be getting sold by end of summer it seems. no one stopped but I think it is because we don't have a sign out yet and so it doesn't look like it is actually for sale. I already have 2 people interested in buying it though.
Got good buck for my books at chamblins today. Wish I didn't have to sell off 90% of my stuff but we just have too much and we are limited to where we can put it in japan/storage.
must find out how much a hard bass case is. I know it is costly cause I have to have it custom built but it will last me for a long long LONG time and hopefully many PCSs.
Matt brought me home Thin Mint girl scout cookies last night. It was like Homer simpson and the forbidden Doughnut.
